Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Product expectations are based solely on the information provided on the product page at the time of purchase.
Return Authorization Required
To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@pixephone.com within the return window.
If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the stated return process may be refused, returned to sender, or disposed of at our discretion, and do not obligate us to issue a refund.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased during promotional pricing or sales events are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can assist and resolve any issues.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team, or while an order is still within the disclosed processing or delivery timeframes, may be actively contested using order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and product page disclosures.
Orders that are within the processing or delivery timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy are considered on schedule.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
